Here’s a quick card I slapped together. Well, I suppose ‘slap’ might be too casual term to use, but my point is that it came together just by playing around.
- Stamp set – Lovely as a Tree
- Card Stock – Shimmer Coat (non SU)
- Ink – Always Artichoke, Really Rust, Creamy Caramel, River Rock, Not Quite Navy.
- Accessories – Circle punch
I ramdomly stamped the tree using first, second and third generation stamping in the first three inks mentioned above. I then punched out a circle for a mask and placed it on the card. I then tore just one piece of paper to use as a mask for the ground and sky. I used a sponge to apply the inks. The paper has a high gloss coating and the inks go on nice and smooth. By manouvering and turning around both torn edges I was able to get a variety of contours. It took about 15 minutes to make.
Satisfaction Rating – 7/10 ( I like the quick play I had making this card, just experimenting. If I did it again I’d take more care with the placement of the trees.)
Thanks for looking.
